Shipping/Policies ~

PLEASE make sure you read ENTIRE product descriptions for sizes, measurements, etc.

Due to the handmade nature of our items, and different monitor resolutions color(s) may vary slightly.

When checking out PLEASE make sure your address is correct. Orders returned for an insufficient address will result in you having to pay the shipping again.


If you want to make changes to any product you need to contact us PRIOR to you making a purchase, as we CHARGE for all changes to our designs, no matter how small. If you add additional personalization when checking out it will be IGNORED and the order will be processed with only the ALLOWED personalization. 

We DO NOT provide pictures of your order unless we are working with you on a Custom Order. PLEASE DO NOT ASK. Your order will look just like the picture on the product page. 


Customer Service
Emails are answered within 48 hours excluding Mondays and weekends.
Returns and Exchanges
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations, NO EXCEPTIONS...ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you feel we have made a mistake in processing your order such as (a misspelled name or wrong age) you MUST contact us within 24 hours of the documented time of the date of delivery.
Processing Times 
Orders are processed in the order in which they come in.
We do not ever know how many orders may be ahead of your order so there is no way to have a set in stone processing time
Guaranteed Processing Time is available when checking out. This is the only way to guarantee the actual processing time. 
Upgrades exclude the day of purchase and do not include the shipping time. You can Contact Us before you order to see what the current processing time is. However, please note any time frame given to you is just an estimate unless you purchase the guaranteed proccing time there is no guarantee. 
We ship to ADDRESSES with a ZIP Code.
PLEASE NOTE: We ship all products First Class (2-5 Days) or Priority Mail (2-3 Days) via USPS depending on size and weight.
The estimated delivery date given on your tracking is just that estimated date, as the post office does not guarantee regular or priority mail. 
We are not responsible for packages once mailed. Contact your local post office with any issues you may have.
However, If your package is damaged you MUST report it along with pictures of the box and contents within 24 hours of the delivery date and time to ( NO EXCEPTIONS!
Then mail the box and contents back to the return address on the shipping label postmarked no later than 2 days after the delivery date. I suggest you ship with tracking. Once I receive the package I will start the insurance claim. No money will be refunded until the above has been met per instructions and time frames and the post office has paid the claim.
Insurance is purchased in the amount of $50.00. Any refund will not exceed $50.00 and have the shipping cost deducted from the $50.00.

7/16 through 7/23 Family Vacation
9/23 through 9/24 Store Maintenance
11/24 through 11/26 Thanksgiving Break
12/19 through 12/26 Christmas Break
